Adela Torchia is a tutor for two centers at Athabasca University. Her doctoral work was in the field of world religions and ecology, and Ghandian ethics of economics. Earlier graduate work in Religious Studies was on liberation theology with undergraduate work in history and English—all done at the University of Manitoba. Her current areas of concern include the lived experience and inter-relationships of 21st century religions and ethical concerns around the world.
